Yes — we accept Local Authority placements, including those with top-up arrangements. Please get in touch to discuss your circumstances and we will do our best to help.
A top-up arrangement is where a third party — usually a family member — pays the difference between the Local Authority rate and the care home's fee. Please contact us or your local authority for more information on how this works in practice.
You are likely to be self-funding if your total assets — including savings and property — exceed the threshold set by your local authority. A financial assessment carried out by your local council will determine your funding status. We recommend seeking independent financial advice if you are unsure.
